Job summary

You should have a year of basic hydraulics/electrical knowledge, strong math, and be prepared for overtime, weekends, and holidays to meet production needs. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• 1 year of basic experience with hydraulics, electrical, gas and diesel systems.
• Strong math skills and basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, in-person and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs, calibration, and maintenance on equipment.
• Lead the team in equipment diagnostics and repairs; assist Assemblers to troubleshoot.
• Install accessories (decals, mud flaps, cameras, lights) per work orders.
• Follow verbal and written work instructions; maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with PPE requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy through data entry and assist with OT as needed.
