Job Description

All American Rentals is a local family-owned business serving Apache Junction and the East Valley for 20 years. We specialize in renting construction equipment and tools. We are seeking a team player to join our crew as a Service and Delivery Technician.

Responsibilities include:

1. Effective communication with team members, management, and customers.
2. Washing and servicing small engine and heavy equipment.
3. Performing repairs, oil changes, and parts replacements on various equipment, both at our facilities and in the field.
4. Loading and unloading equipment for customers.
5. Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
6. Driving a truck and trailer for deliveries and parts runs (must pass a driving test).

Qualifications:

• Mechanical experience of at least 1 year, with knowledge of heavy equipment and small motors preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must be punctual, self-motivated, and able to work outdoors.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to make knowledgeable decisions independently.
• General computer, equipment, and tool knowledge, with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license, over 23 years old, with 3+ years of driving experience, and able to pass a background check.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 6 am - 3 pm, with some Saturdays (closing at 10 am).
