  • Monitor equipment utilization, mileage, and performance data to support redeployment and resale decisions.
  • Oversee equipment reallocation, disposal, and sales activities, including vendor and buyer coordination.
  • Troubleshoot equipment-related issues, including tracking devices and onboard technology.
  • Analyze equipment KPIs and collaborate with leadership to improve fleet efficiency and asset performance.

In this role, you'll oversee the assignment, tracking, maintenance coordination, reallocation, and sale of company-owned tractors and trailers. You'll play a key role in maximizing fleet utilization, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring equipment assets deliver value throughout their lifecycle.

Location: Golden Valley, MN Hiring Range: $72,000 - $80,000+, commensurate with experience Schedule: 1st shift

What You'll Do

About the Role

The salary grade for this position ranges from $69,900.00 - $99,200.00. Starting pay within this range will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
