Job summary

Koch Companies is seeking a Trailer Tech II with Body Repair experience to perform advanced maintenance and repairs on trailer units in our Minnesota shop. You will diagnose issues, inspect components, and complete repairs across tires, lights, bodywork, suspension, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

  • Ability to independently complete advanced trailer repairs.
  • Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations related to trailer maintenance.
  • Comfort with diagnostic equipment and computerized maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and advanced repairs on trailer units.
  • Ensure DOT compliance through regular inspections and repairs.
  • Repair brake systems (air and electric) and troubleshoot ABS sensors.
  • Repair air ride systems, landing gear, doors, liftgates, and wiring.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and component inspections.

We're looking for a Trailer Tech II with Body Repair experience to join our team! In this role, The Trailer Tech II performs advanced maintenance and repairs on trailer units in compliance with Koch Companies and DOT standards. This role focuses on inspections, diagnostics, and repairs acrosstires, lights, bodywork, suspension, electrical systems, and more.
