The Equipment Maintenance Technician performs scheduled and non-scheduled daily tasks, maintaining awareness of all equipment assigned during production operations to ensure efficient operation within a commercial laundry plant. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergent repairs, and troubleshooting issues such as jams, belt problems, and tape issues on assigned equipment. Technical assistance from Engineering is sought as necessary.
