An established industry player in laundry processing services is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to ensure the efficient operation of laundry equipment. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with repairs in a commercial laundry plant. Our focus is on service, quality, and safety, enabling our clients to provide essential services to their patients and guests. The company operates in over 20 states and is a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, based in Miami, FL.
Performs all scheduled and non-scheduled daily tasks. Responsible for maintaining awareness of all equipment assigned during production operations and ensuring efficient operation within a commercial laundry plant. Performs preventive maintenance and emergent repairs as needed. Identifies and corrects issues such as jams, bad or missing belts, and missing ironer tape. Seeks technical assistance from Engineering when necessary.
