Job summary

Moxtek seeks an experienced Equipment Maintenance professional to support Manufacturing and Engineering across the company in Utah. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, assist with equipment selection and installation, and help drive continuous improvement.

Strong self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. Responsibilities include maintaining spare parts, documenting work, coordinating maintenance, and writing procedures for equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum two year technical degree in Electronics, Electrical Automation or equivalent education and experience.
• At least five years' work experience in manufacturing, including electronics, mechanics, automation/controls, and metrology.
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferred (high vacuum, sputter, plasma etch, photolithography, metrology, gas delivery).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and high vacuum equipment.
• Read and follow procedures, drawings, schematics, and other instructions; document work performed.
• Maintain stock levels of spare parts and assist with parts ordering and shipping for repairs.
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with departments.
• Develop documentation for projects including drawings and parts lists.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and machine control software, and implement improvements.
• Work safely, participate in Emergency Response Team activities, and support off-shift safety.
