• Experience in finish carpentry and general remodeling.

• Proficiency with computer-based maintenance systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot facility equipment and clean rooms.
• Lead preventive maintenance using Limble and document logs.
• Ensure safety codes and standards are followed.
• Perform general construction tasks and snow removal on site.
