To thrive in the Facilities Technician 4 role at Moxtek, you'll need a strong skill set that includes solid experience in finish carpentry, general commercial construction remodeling, minor plumbing, painting, framing, sheeting, concrete, cleaning, and landscaping on company property. You'll need education in a technical school, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience and 10+ years of experience in commercial construction.
To perform the job successfully, you'll need excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to read write and speak English fluently. You'll need demonstrated computer management and organizational skills. You'll have 10+ years of basic shop tools and equipment experience and 10+ years of safety compliance and training on equipment, lockout/tagout, harness training, etc.
