Position Summary

Our Equipment Maintenance Technicians perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of semiconductor fabrication machines. This role is in the Etch Department on C Shift: Thursday - Saturday, and every other Wednesday, from 6:00 am to 6:15 pm.

Responsibilities

1. Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment based on plans, manuals, and blueprints.
2. Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
3. Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance.
4. Complete documentation for quality standards.
5. Rebuild equipment and modify as directed.
6. Participate in team activities like 5S+ and CIP.
7. Manage small projects and equipment assembly tasks.
8. Work with outside vendors as needed.
9. Handle process chemicals and gases.
10. Maintain critical spares and consumables inventory.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-year Technical/Associate Degree in relevant fields or military equivalent.
• Experience in electromechanical troubleshooting, repair, and modification.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain documentation.
• Strong project management and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Fluency in English.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, work 12-hour shifts, and wear cleanroom attire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic systems, servo systems, vision components, chillers, and cooling systems.
• Experience in semiconductor industry and robotic/automated systems.
• U.S. Person status as defined by ITAR.

Compensation and Benefits
