Job summary

CTS Corporation is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Tech II to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair equipment and assist in production processes in accordance with manuals, diagrams and specifications.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma and 3–5 years of related experience; an Associate's degree is a plus. English communication skills are required. This is an on-site position at CTS locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred with 2–5 years related experience.
• 3–5 years related experience is common for this level.
• Reading, writing and communicating in English required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, quality procedures, and work instructions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose infrequent problems with processes and equipment with minimal direction or documentation.
• Evaluate equipment performance and improvements; perform moderately complex procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping in the work area.
• Other related duties as directed by management.
