You will be responsible for performing advanced-level repair, calibration, and preventative maintenance on semiconductor equipment in the Dry Etch area. You must demonstrate the ability to take a leadership role in evaluating equipment conditions and defining maintenance requirements to ensure maximum availability of production equipment.
You will interface closely with Production and Engineering teams to identify and resolve process-related issues, while also providing technical guidance to lower-level technicians and determining methods and procedures for new assignments. In addition, you may serve as an informal team leader—directing activities during area shift pass-downs and setting priorities for the team based on production requirements.
You must be able to work effectively on complex, challenging tasks both as an independent contributor and as part of a collaborative team.
Shift: Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday, 5:30 AM – 5:45 PM.
