Qcells USA Corp. in Cartersville, GA is seeking motivated Equipment Technicians to support our solar manufacturing facility.

You will maintain and troubleshoot production equipment used to manufacture solar products including ingots, wafers, cells, and modules. Technicians play a key role in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently while supporting production teams and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment maintenance.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Preference for technical training or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical, or electrical fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Inspect, test, and adjust machine components to maintain performance
• Support production teams during equipment issues or process troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
