Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Equipment Specialist for our Quonset, RI site. You will own the lifecycle of major facility and capital equipment, build and maintain the site's preventive maintenance program, manage inspection cycles, and support CapEx planning from justification through installation.

You’ll serve as the SME on monument and facility-level equipment and drive a culture of preventive maintenance. You will also develop SOPs, standardize documentation, and ensure compliance.

• Design, implement, and own the site-wide PM program for major equipment.
• Serve as SME for facility and monument-level capital equipment lifecycle.
• Support CapEx planning from needs through installation and validation.
• Diagnose complex equipment issues; coordinate repairs with vendors/OEMs.
• Manage inspection cycles; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver training for operators/technicians on shared equipment.
• Create SOPs for equipment operation, maintenance, and changeover.
• Analyze performance data to identify reliability improvements and reduce downtime.
