Job summary

STM, a worldwide manufacturer of high-performance adhesive products, seeks an experienced Equipment Maintenance Engineer for its Southeast, WI manufacturing facility. The role focuses on maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting coating and converting machines and other high-speed equipment to minimize downtime.

Primary duties include diagnosing complex failures, executing preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Southeast, WI, manufacturing facility. The primary function of this position is to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot our complex coating and converting machines, equipment, and other high-speed manufacturing equipment.
