Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to organize and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance-related activities to support Equipment Maintenance operations.
• Maintain and update maintenance records, documentation, and reports.
• Assist with preventive maintenance scheduling and tracking.
• Support parts inventory management and equipment readiness efforts.
• Coordinate communication between maintenance technicians and internal departments.
• Assist with continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
• Support safety initiatives and adherence to Toyota policies and procedures.
• Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports related to maintenance performance.
• Assist with onboarding and training coordination for maintenance personnel.
• Perform additional duties to support departmental objectives.
