Carter Machinery Co. Inc. is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to manage the loading, unloading, and release of rental equipment and attachments. You will maintain an organized rental yard, coordinate delivery of new equipment, and handle returns with accuracy and safety in mind.

The role requires forklift experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license and clean record are essential for daily operations and customer service excellence.
