The position requires organization, safety-first operation of heavy equipment, and strong communication skills. You will maintain the rental yard, support customers, and contribute to efficient operations. The starting wage ranges from $21.00 to $26.40 per hour on 1st shift, with benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate heavy equipment safely.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive/release rental equipment and attachments.
• Direct delivery of new equipment and returns.
• Maintain the rental yard for easy access.
