Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support sales team by tracking daily equipment inventory.
• Secure hauling for machines to/from job sites and invoice services correctly.
• Quote rental rates and machine prices to customers.
• Work with inventory coordinators to ensure machine availability.
• Assist with walk in/phone sales and timely invoicing.

A Day in the Life: Equipment Inventory Coordinator

• Support sales team by tracking daily equipment inventory, ensuring inventory information is correct in dealer operating system, and finding equipment to best suit customers’ needs.
• Secure hauling for machines to/from job sites, correctly invoice these services, and inspect machines prior to leaving/upon arriving to the yard.
• Quote rental rates, machine and attachment prices to customers and sales team.
• Work with inventory coordinators across company to ensure availability of machines, move old/used inventory, and negotiate with vendors.
• Help with walk in/phone sales and complete invoicing/billing correctly and in a timely manner.

Need to Succeed

• Experience in the rental industry or with machine costing is highly preferred along with CDK experience.
• Ability to communicate with and listen to customers’ needs, complete thorough intake of that need, and take initiative to take care of the customer with the sales team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Organized, able to multitask, excellent follow up/follow through, and a positive attitude.
