Job summary

Intralox L.L.C. is seeking a Proposal Manager – Equipment Integration to join the LMH Integration Group in Hanover, MD.

This onsite role coordinates proposal development and commercial execution for complex material handling opportunities, from RFP/RFQ intake through handoff. You will work with Sales, Application Engineering, Operations, and Legal to align requirements, evaluate feasibility, and develop schedules and cost estimates, potentially including customer site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience coordinating RFP/RFQ responses and developing project costs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end proposal development across multiple internal stakeholders.
• Ensure proposals are complete, technically sound, and aligned with customer needs.
• Define timelines, assign responsibilities, and track milestones for proposals.
