Job summary
Intralox, a division of Laitram, is seeking an Electrical & Controls Engineering Supervisor to lead a team delivering on-time electrical and controls deliverables for material handling systems. The role requires guiding team goals, KPIs, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
You will supervise an Electrical and Automation Controls Engineering team, mentor team members, and align engineering efforts with company standards and strategies, including ongoing
Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 5+ years in industrial electrical and controls design.
- Experience designing industrial control systems (BOM, schematics, panel design).
- Experience with electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and reading layouts.
- Proficient in PLC/PAC environments; strong design and code development background.
Responsibilities
- Manage rollout of programmatic material handling equipment at scale.
- Oversee creation and maintenance of customer-facing documentation and modifications to core-product controls platforms.
- Lead a team that designs and implements controls and electrical systems for material handling equipment and supports installers pre-go-live and post-go-live.
