Job summary

Intralox is seeking an Electrical & Controls Engineering Supervisor to lead a dynamic team responsible for delivering electrical and controls solutions for material handling equipment at Hanover, MD. You will drive programmatic goals, KPI tracking, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure timely, accurate deliverables for customers.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in industrial design, strong leadership, and PLC/PAC software expertise.

Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 5+ years in industrial electrical design.
Proficient with industrial control systems BOMs, schematics, and panel design.
Skilled in reading electrical/mechanical drawings and using measurement tools.
Experience with PLC/PAC software development.
Leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage rollout of programmatic material handling equipment at scale.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of customer-facing documentation and modifications to core-product controls platforms.
Lead a team designing and implementing controls and electrical systems; provide on-site support during pre-go-live and post-go-live phases.
Set team goals, KPIs, and guide development.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Product Engineering, Application Engineering, and Global Engineering Standards Teams.
Ensure on-time, complete, and accurate deliverables.
