Job summary

SAGE RentalServices in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Installer to join our field team. The Installer will assist with equipment installation on field service calls, providing exemplary service to customers.

Responsibilities include working with a crew, securing implements safely, operating pumps and tools, loading/unloading equipment, and assisting with inspections, maintenance, and shop duties. Must be on call 24/7 and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• HDPE pipe fusion experience preferred.
• - Minimum 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• - Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• - Willing and available to be on call 24/7 for after-hours requests.
• - Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• - Able to lift 50+ pounds and work overtime as needed.
• - Team-oriented and able to manage workflow in field and shop environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of equipment on field service calls and ensure timely, quality work.
• Collaborate with team to unload/load equipment and set up pumps and其他 gear.
• Operate and set up pumps and equipment, using hand and power tools.
• Assist with routine inspections, general maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Support shop/yard work when not in the field; perform duties as needed.

Job description

SAGE RentalServices is looking for an Install to join our team. The Installer will be based out of our San Antonio, TX office and will be responsible for assisting with the installation of equipment on field service calls, while providing an exemplary level of service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work as part of a team/crew. Must also be expected to work without supervision to accomplish tasks necessary to complete the field call timely and successfully
• Capability to secure implements safely and precisely
• Ability to operate and setup all types of pumps and equipment
• Utilize all hand and power tools required to complete the assignment
• Unload and load equipment and attachments on both company and customer vehicles
• Assist with routine inspections, minor repairs, general maintenance, and cleaning of equipment
• Assist in the shop and/or yard areas when not in the field; variable duties assigned as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• HDPE Pipe Fusion experience
• Construction Industry experience
• Forklift certification

Requirements:

• Knowledge of machines and tools - their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Driven, with problem-solving skills, a mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and a willingness to learn
