Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Job Summary

This role collaborates closely with the Install Manager & Warehouse team to coordinate efficient daily and weekly installation schedules. The position also provides ongoing operational support to the Install team, helping to streamline workflows, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure overall team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Build the Daily Install Schedule, taking into account all changes
• Build the Weekly Install Schedule, participating in the weekly schedule meeting
• Inventory Install Supplies and order replacements
• Track & update various Install Key Performance Indicators for management review
• Prepare supplies for installers next day
• Assist with all aspects of maintaining the Equipment Division Fleet vehicles
• Continually strive to improve efficiency of the install team by supporting them from the office
• Other projects as assigned by management
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Working Environment

This position will spend time at a desk in front of a computer, in conference rooms in meetings, and in the warehouse taking inventories and preparing items, drawings, and install materials for the install team.
