Job summary

JCB North America in Pooler, GA is seeking a full-time technician to install attachments and parts, and to inspect and repair machines to meet JCB Global standards. The role involves processing work orders, identifying required parts, and coordinating retrofit work.

Flexibility and reliable, safety-minded performance are essential, with possible 12-hour shifts. Outdoor work in varied conditions, with emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with machine work orders and parts installation.
• Identify and order parts required to complete repairs or modifications.
• Assist with retrofit and rework of customer orders.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and/or electronics.
• Must pass drug screen and background checks.
• Adhere to safety procedures and standard operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Process machine work orders.
• Installation of attachments and parts.
• Identify and order parts required to complete repairs or modifications of all JCB equipment prior to shipment.
• Assist with retrofit and rework of customer’s orders as necessary.
• Machine troubleshooting and adjustment.
• Operate in a safe manner.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
