Job summary

JCB North America in Pooler, GA is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure components, assemblies, and finished equipment meet engineering specs, safety standards, and customer requirements across all stages of manufacturing.

You will perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections, analyze data, and drive corrective actions to improve quality, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement in a high-volume facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–3 years in QA/manufacturing.
• Experience with inspection tools, measurement techniques, and quality documentation.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials, components, and finished equipment to ensure specifications.
• Conduct dock audits, quality audits, and process verifications to validate standards.
• Record inspection results, test data, and quality documentation; analyze data to identify trends.
• Identify defects and support CAPA initiatives; drive corrective actions for quality improvements.
• Assist in developing inspection plans, control plans, and quality procedures.
