Qualifications

• Experience with Madison facility model machines.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, safely.
• Self-starter, team player and able to multitask.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow area supervisor guidance.
• Evaluate each machine against published acceptance criteria and current quality alerts.
• Record inspection results on checklists and return to QA per interval.
• Provide feedback to supervision/management on product quality.
• Perform minor rework (hydraulic, electrical or mechanical) as directed and re-inspect.
• Sound test units to customer requirements or directives when required.
