Job summary

Bigham Cable Construction, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Foreman on our Telecom Construction team. You will lead crews to meet project timelines, safely operate and control assigned equipment, and support the Supervisor with day-to-day activities.

You will oversee training of crew members and ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations, while maintaining production notes and DOT paperwork in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or combination of education and work experience.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
