Job summary

First Choice Construction Inc. seeks a Warehouse & Equipment Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, inventory, and logistics for multiple active projects. You will lead a team, diagnose issues, and coordinate with external service providers for major repairs.

You will establish preventive maintenance, track records, and ensure OSHA safety compliance while optimizing fleet and warehouse operations across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in construction.
• Hands-on mechanical knowledge to diagnose equipment issues.
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with project managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage readiness, maintenance, inspection, and utilization of equipment and fleet.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate major repairs with providers.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and maintain records.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory requirements across operations.
• Oversee inventory controls, tool tracking, and cycle counts.
• Coordinate equipment movements, deliveries, and mobilizations with field teams.
