Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Tempe seeks an Equipment Finance Team Leader to guide a production team responsible for onboarding equipment finance transactions, partnering with sales, risk, legal and operations to deliver a best-in-class client experience.

You will drive transformation, manage escalations, foster continuous improvement and develop training and job aids while aligning with the broader Equipment Finance strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience in financial services or project management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, verbal and written.
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to adapt to changing conditions.
• Strong influencing and communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact to segments/roles and manage pipeline priorities.
• Address transaction processing escalations and participate in deal team meetings.
• Resolve quality control escalations and recalibrate onboarding processes.
• Create synergies across onboarding sites and collaborate with global operations, sales, bankers, legal and underwriting.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and empower the team to implement ideas.
• Develop, draft and maintain job aides during transformation.
• Identify training opportunities based on data quality and policy guidance.
