Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Equipment Finance Team Leader to guide a production team responsible for onboarding equipment finance transactions. You will work with sales, risk, legal and operations to document, fund and book deals for Commercial and Private Bank clients, while aligning with transformation initiatives.

You will be an escalation point for Documentation and Booking Specialists, fostering partnerships across sites, and driving SLA adherence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of related experience in financial services or project management.
• Self-motivated with flexibility to adjust to changing conditions and priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, verbal and written.
• Strong influencing and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Skilled in handling client issues and problem resolution in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and facilitate meetings.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assigned as a point of contact to segments and roles served and manage pipeline priorities.
• Address transaction processing escalations and participate in deal team meetings.
• Resolve quality control escalations and recalibrate onboarding processes.
• Create synergies across Onboarding sites and global operations with sales, bankers and legal.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and empower the team.
• Develop and maintain job aides during transformation.
• Identify training opportunities based on data quality and guide procedures.
