Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Portfolio Analyst I to provide client support for Equipment Finance customers and liaise with Bancorp Relationship Managers and AP partners. Qualifications

• 2+ years accounts receivable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) required.
• Familiarity with Equipment Finance loan/lease structures preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access).
• Strong Customer Service, Invoicing/Billing, and Collections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Federal Lending Regulations related to Equipment Finance.
• Read and interpret equipment finance loan/lease documents to resolve inquiries.
• Provide cross-functional support for portfolio monitoring and client servicing.
• Support Equipment Finance Portfolio Analyst II and assist with information gathering for servicing.
• Establish and maintain relationships with commercial banking teams to improve customer experience.
