Job summary

Ameris Bank is seeking an experienced equipment financing professional to prospect new opportunities and build a robust vendor/end-user customer database. You will aim to meet the calling, prospecting and originations targets while working with small to mid-size businesses to secure financing.

The role emphasizes communicating with other managers, growing relationships, and providing financing solutions tailored to customer needs. A strong track record and knowledge of the industry are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years equipment finance industry experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business opportunities and build a vendor or end user customer database.
• Achieve calling, prospecting, originations and/or gross margin-based objectives.
• Work with small and mid-size businesses to secure financing.
• Communicate with managers and department leaders to align solutions.

Responsible for building vendor and or end user customer database, prospecting new opportunities and providing solutions that address customer’s individual needs.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Individual producer focused on prospecting new opportunities.
• Achieve Calling, Prospecting and Originations and or Gross Margin-based objectives.
• Working with small and mid-size businesses to assist in securing financing.
• Calling on campaigns through Salesforce and building a vendor or end user customer database.
• Communicate with other managers and department leaders.
• Establish and grow vendor and or end user customer relationships, secure repeat/renewal business.
• Provide appropriate financing solutions that address customers’ individual needs.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

• Sales management experience preferred
• Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
• Excellent communication skills . Verifiable and documented track record of success

Industry and Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years equipment finance industry experience

Academic:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, or a related field preferred

Salary range: $30k-$150k per year. Average commission: $10k-$150k+ per year Pay Range:
