Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Sound mechanical background including hydraulics, lubrication, and pneumatics.
• Commitment to customer service.
• Understanding of company quality system.
• Basic computer skills, Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, Access).
• Commitment to Automatic Feed Company's Quality Policy, Values, and Vision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, Sales, and internal requests for technical support related to CHS line equipment.
• Provide technical assistance for CHS line equipment, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Coordinate service activities, including parts, personnel, and service dates.
• Prepare service- and parts-related quotations for CHS line equipment.
• Assist Sales with CHS line technical support from the main office and at customer plants.
• Enter and maintain service, parts, and technical information in Encompix and databases.
• Support CHS spare parts information for sales and service efficiency.
• Assist with maintaining technical databases used by Engineering during design reviews.
• Apply and support the company quality system in all technical activities.
