Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized experience: one year equivalent to GS-06 in the Federal service.
• Ability to organize and compile data, review summaries, and generate reports.
• Proven capability to answer inquiries on work orders, maintenance history, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain time sheets and input time/attendance data into the electronic system accurately.
• Understand shifts, tours of duty, and staffing in a 24/7 essential personnel environment.
• Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments; track overtime as required.
• Ensure time sheets are submitted on time for payroll processing.
• Knowledge of accounting and payroll software; proficient with Excel and office tools.
