Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in estimating, project management, engineering, HVAC or construction management.
• Four-year degree preferred; candidates without a 4-year degree encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to develop cost estimates for HVAC projects.
• Price equipment, sub-contractors, non-Trane purchased equipment, and labor.
• Provide estimating support to the equipment sales team.
• Develop facility-related solutions for the customer’s problems.
• Coordinate selection, pricing, and integration of equipment, controls, and services.
• Prepare and finalize proposals and equipment submittals.
