Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• 7+ years in equipment/maintenance/manufacturing engineering roles.
• 3–6+ years in leadership/management within technical environment.
• Experience with large-scale, high-volume automated operations.
• Proficiency in production equipment troubleshooting and reliability improvement.
• Familiarity with safety standards and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment engineering and maintenance to ensure safe, reliable manufacturing operations.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs and ensure on-schedule completion.
• Monitor equipment performance, downtime, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead complex equipment issue resolution to minimize downtime.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution and readiness.
• Ensure documentation, records, and safety compliance are maintained.
