TOKYO ELECTRON AMERICA, INC. is seeking a hands-on technician to design, assemble and test modifications for semiconductor reactor tools in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with engineers to implement improvements and ensure quality across assemblies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship. Expect training, a safety-focused environment, and opportunities to contribute to process development and product enhancements.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Experience with electronics, electro-mechanical assemblies and process development is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, procure, install and test modifications to improve performance of semiconductor experimental reactors.
• Assemble electronic, electro-mechanical and measurement components and sub-assemblies.
• Follow wiring, installation and soldering methods per blueprints and diagrams.
• Develop test specifications and procedures from drawings and specs.
• Assist in product development for Film Deposition tools used in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Collect and analyze operating data to make on-line adjustments.
• Help establish quality standards in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support a team environment.
• Prepare technical reports and recommend solutions to problems.
• Interface with external vendors for outsourced products and services.
