Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience or higher degrees with fewer years.
• Experience in semiconductor device manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and characterize processes on TEL equipment at customer sites.
• Develop processes for semiconductor equipment in logic and memory applications.
• Design and execute process optimization experiments and analyze data.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other functions to enable customer adoption and quality improvements.
• Provide applications development support and travel as needed for process start-up at customer sites.
• Contribute input for process and machine improvements to TEL factory teams.
