Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on skills and quick learner in practical environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use engineering software.
• Knowledge of automation systems is helpful.
• Good communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements across manufacturing operations
• Troubleshooting equipment to improve performance
• Design and update equipment, tooling, and layouts for efficiency and performance
• Develop and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, SOPs, and other process documentation
• Support new product launches and ensure smooth integration into production
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
