Responsibilities:
Identify and implement process improvements across manufacturing operations
Design and update equipment, tooling, and layouts for efficiency and performance
Develop and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, SOPs, and other process documentation
Analyze defects and customer claims to identify root causes and recommend solutions
Support new product launches and ensure smooth integration into production
Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
Strong hands-on skills with the ability to learn quickly in a practical environment
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using engineering software
Good communication and computer skills
Automotive manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO standards, and process improvement tools
