The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining welding fixtures and equipment to optimize our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom welding fixtures and tooling to meet specific production requirements.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and specifications for fixture designs.
• Build and assemble welding fixtures using various components and materials.
• Troubleshoot and repair existing welding fixtures and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify areas for process improvement.
• Conduct testing and validation of new fixture designs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of fixture designs, builds, and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all design and build activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and building fixtures and equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g.,Solidworks and Fusion) for creating detailed drawings.
