Xerox is hiring for a full-time delivery and setup role in Syracuse, NY. You will load, deliver, and set up Xerox equipment at customer sites and provide onboarding and basic training on new devices.

Daytime hours Monday through Friday with potential overtime. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy equipment are required, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience operating a 16’–26’ box truck preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and move equipment on inclines/uneven surfaces.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; comfortable with tools and technical connections.
• Familiarity with smartphones, GPS, and Microsoft applications.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate a company-provided box truck safely and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Deliver and set up copiers, printers, and other office equipment at client locations.
• Assist with warehouse duties including unboxing and inventory control each quarter.
• Provide basic customer onboarding and training on new devices.
• Connect equipment to network cables and fax lines as needed.
• Maintain delivery documentation and daily logs.
• Assist in warehouse operations when necessary.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for loading, delivering, and performing basic setup of Xerox equipment at customer locations. With training and support, you’ll ensure equipment is operational and customer-ready, while providing a helpful and friendly experience. This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours from Monday to Friday with multiple opportunity for overtime.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a company-provided box truck safely and perform daily vehicle inspections
• Deliver and set up copiers, printers, and other office technology equipment at client locations
• With additional warehouse duties (unboxing equipment’s) some cleanup duties and helping some inventory control every quarter.
• Provide basic customer onboarding and training on new devices
• Connect equipment to network cables and fax lines as needed
• Maintain delivery documentation and complete daily logs accurately
• Assist in warehouse operations when necessary

What You Need to Succeed

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience operating a 16’–26’ box truck (preferred)
