Job summary

Xerox Corporation in New York State is seeking a delivery associate to load, deliver, and perform basic setup of Xerox equipment at customer locations. You will operate a box truck, ensure devices are customer-ready, and provide onboarding and training on new devices.

This full-time role offers daytime hours Monday through Friday with opportunities for overtime, comprehensive benefits, and a weekday schedule aligned to client needs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• 1+ year experience operating a 16–26 ft box truck.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs comfortably.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and tool comfort.
• Familiarity with smartphones, GPS and MS applications.
• Excellent customer service, organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver and set up Xerox equipment at client sites.
• Operate a company truck safely with daily inspections.
• Unbox equipment, assist in warehouse duties and inventory control.
• Provide customer onboarding and training on new devices.
• Connect equipment to network/fax lines and maintain logs.
• Support warehouse operations as needed.

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for loading, delivering, and performing basic setup of Xerox equipment at customer locations. With training and support, you’ll ensure equipment is operational and customer-ready, while providing a helpful and friendly experience. This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours from Monday to Friday with multiple opportunity for overtime.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a company-provided box truck safely and perform daily vehicle inspections
• Deliver and set up copiers, printers, and other office technology equipment at client locations
• With additional warehouse duties ( unboxing equipment's) some cleanup duties and helping some inventory control every quarter.
• Provide basic customer onboarding and training on new devices
• Connect equipment to network cables and fax lines as needed
• Maintain delivery documentation and complete daily logs accurately
• Assist in warehouse operations when necessary

What You Need to Succeed:

• Valid driver’s license
• 1+ year experience operating a 16’–26’ box truck (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and move equipment on inclines and uneven surfaces
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and technical connections
• Familiarity with smartphones, GPS, and Microsoft applications
• Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills
