Job summary

Xerox is seeking a Delivery Driver / Installation Specialist in Ohio to load, deliver, and perform basic setup of Xerox equipment at customer locations. With training, you’ll ensure equipment is operational and ready for use while providing a friendly, professional experience.

This full‑time role runs Monday to Friday with daytime hours and potential overtime. You will operate a box truck, assist with warehouse tasks, and support inventory and onboarding of new devices.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license is required.
• 1+ year experience operating a 16’–26’ box truck.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and move equipment on inclines and uneven surfaces.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and technical connections.
• Familiarity with smartphones, GPS, and Microsoft applications.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company‑provided box truck safely and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Deliver and set up copiers, printers, and other office technology equipment at client locations.
• Assist with warehouse duties (unboxing equipment), some cleanup, and quarterly inventory control.
• Provide basic customer onboarding and training on new devices.
• Connect equipment to network cables and fax lines as needed.
• Maintain delivery documentation and complete daily logs accurately.
• Assist in warehouse operations when necessary.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for loading, delivering, and performing basic setup of Xerox equipment at customer locations. With training and support, you’ll ensure equipment is operational and customer‑ready, while providing a helpful and friendly experience.

This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours from Monday to Friday with multiple opportunity for overtime

What You’ll Do

What You Need to Succeed

• Valid driver’s license
