Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, equipment checks, and product information at a U-Haul center.

Responsibilities include using U-Scan technology, moving and hooking up trucks, and educating customers on our products, with opportunities for on-the-job education and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Educate customers regarding products and services and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns of equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring, as applicable.
