Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience or an Associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Ability to drive projects to successful completion.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Develop process and procedures for building new equipment.
• Document changes to existing equipment and apply procedures.
• Create and execute protocols to support process or part changes.
• Investigate problems, gather facts, analyze data, and draw conclusions.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Support failure analysis investigations and root cause analysis.
• Support building and testing of custom equipment.
• Provide manufacturing support for the repair center.
• Identify opportunities and recommend improvements to equipment and processes.
• Lead smaller improvement projects.
• Manage time and priorities with minimal guidance.
• Communicate project status and resource needs.
