Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 3+ years experience, or an Associate degree with 5+ years experience.
- 3+ years of experience building automation systems.
- Experience with middleware, networking, and databases.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead AVEVA implementation across automation systems.
- Develop and troubleshoot PLC-based data collection and integration.
- Configure AVEVA, Historian, Insight, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate automation data.
- Design data structures, tags, downtime tracking, KPI reporting.
- Support commissioning, SAT, go-live, and lifecycle of new systems.
- Drive continuous improvement using performance data.
- Develop dashboards to improve throughput, downtime, MTTR, MTBF, OEE.
