Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a field/installation technician in Pooler, GA to install attachments, inspect and repair machines to meet JCB Global standards. This role requires safe operation and adherence to procedures in diverse work environments.

The position focuses on processing work orders, installing parts, ordering components, and assisting with retrofits, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting and equipment safety.

Qualifications

• Experience installing attachments and parts on machinery.
• Identify and order parts required to complete repairs or modifications.
• Troubleshoot machines and perform adjustments.
• Operate safely and follow SOPs.
• Pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Process machine work orders
• Installation of attachments and parts
• Identify and order parts required to complete repairs or modifications of all JCB equipment prior to shipment
• Assist with retrofit and rework of customer’s orders as necessary
• Machine troubleshooting and adjustment
• Operate in a safe manner
• Adhere to standard operating procedures
• Other duties as assigned
