United Rentals, the world’s largest equipment rental provider, is seeking an Equipment Associate to assist service technicians, sales staff and branch personnel. You will inspect, prepare and demonstrate equipment for rental, and assist with loading, unloading and deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking and teamwork skills.
• Diligent attention to safety.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Check equipment for damage, hours used, mileage and fuel level upon return.
• Inspect equipment for safety decals and proper working order.
• Clean equipment and maintain a clean work area.
• Load/unload rental equipment and prepare it for rental.
• Checkout and demonstrate equipment for customers and drive a delivery truck.
• Perform other duties as needed.
